Owen Sound Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation and Owen Sound Housing Company Board

The Owen Sound Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation and Owen Sound Housing Company's mandate is to provide and operate housing accommodation with or without any public space, recreational facilities, and commercial space of buildings appropriate thereto primarily for persons of low or modest income at rentals below the median current rental market in the area.

The Owen Sound Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation runs low income housing and the Owen Sound Housing Company manages the Frank Smith Apartment Complex.
