Hours of Operation

By-law Enforcement Officers generally work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Should your complaint be submitted outside of these hours of operation it will be responded to within regular business hours.

For urgent after-hour complaints related to noise, nuisance, or parking, please contact Owen Sound Police.
