2024 Annual City Parking Passes Now Available

The City is pleased to announce that 2024 annual daytime parking passes are now available for purchase at City Hall and the Transit Terminal. 

For $300, inclusive of taxes, the annual parking passes allow for daytime parking (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in any municipal lot, from January 1, 2024, until December 31, 2024.  This price point offers a discount equivalent to two months of long-term parking and is a convenient option for those with long-term parking requirements in the River District. Monthly passes are still available for purchase. 

For tracking purposes, the license plate number will be on file and the physical pass must be displayed inside the vehicle.For more parking information, including a map of municipal parking lots, visit the Parking webpage on the City’s site.

Quick Facts: 

• The $300 annual parking pass is valid from January 1to December 31, 2024 for daytime parking 
• Annual parking passes are valid in municipal lots only, where complimentary parking is only for up to five hours per day 
• A monthly parking pass is $30 per month and overnight parking passes are $20/month 
• Parking is free on Saturday, Sunday, and City holidays.
