River District Blooms Returns!

The River District is in bloom! 

River District Blooms has returned for a second year, and this initiative highlights the natural beauty of the River District and brings the community together to recognize and protect our native and pollinating plant life. Each installation will be on display for the entire summer season so that the community can watch as they grow and change. 

This year, we recognize and celebrate the efforts of three groups making strides to not only beautify but to support the local ecosystem by choosing to plant the following permanent pollinating installations: 

1.   A Pollinator Path along the East Harbour Wall 

2.   A Pollination Station at Grey Gallery Gardens 

3.   Tom’s Plant Portage by the Farmers’ Market
